Welcome to the k9health.com.au website "Tell-A-Friend" terms and conditions for use. These are the terms and conditions of the "Tell-A-Friend" program ("The Program") offered on this website at k9health.com.au. They must be read in conjunction with the Terms & Conditions for the use of of the k9health.com.au website as documented here: https://k9health.com.au/terms-and-conditions.

By accessing The Program and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Using The Program indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to use The Program or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, we recommend that you do not use The Program.

The Referer is the existing customer of The Company who has met the requirements of The Program.

The Referee is the person who has been introduced to The Program by The Referrer.

1. General conditions

1.1 The Program is available in Australia only.

1.2 Any rewards offered by The Company are offered as discount on a purcase only, rewards can not be exchanged for a refund, money or cash.

1.3 Rewards will be valid for 12 months from the date earned by The Referrer.

1.4 Rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.

1.5 Rewards cannot be transferred to another person or entity.

1.6 The Company reserves the right to refuse the issue of any reward to any Referred Friend or Referrer at any time if the terms of The Program are not met.

1.7 The Company may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this website from time to time to review the current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use The Program.

1.8 The Program is solely for individual personal usage and not for any commercial usage.

2. Referrer Rewards

2.1 The Referrer must have purchased a minimum of one single pack of 56 CURCUPET-K9 tablets with a minimum spend of $55.00 and must be over the age of 18.

2.2 The purchase of a "Trial Pack" only does not entitle The Referrer to be eligible for The Program.

2.3 The Referrer is offered a $20.00 discount (Reward) for each referred friend ("The Referee") who orders a minimum of one single pack of 56 CURCUPET-K9 tablets for the first time with a minimum spend of $55.00 and must be over the age of 18. The purchase of a "Trial Pack" only does not entitle The Referee to be eligible for The Program.

2.4 In order for The Referrer to qualify for the reward, the friend (The Referee) must be a new customer to K9health.com.au, over the age of 18 and must purchase a minimum of one single pack of 56 CURCUPET-K9 tablets.

2.5 Rewards will be cumulative, however, rewards may only be received singularly to The Referrer. The Referrer may not earn more than 4 rewards within any 30 day period or $960 of reward value within a 12 month period.

2.6 Rewards will be awarded to The Referrer at the time that The Referee's purchase is shipped and provided that The Referee's purchase is not cancelled or returned.

2.7 The Referrer will be able to track the referrals that they have made and which referrals have been enacted upon. This can be done by logging into the k9health.com.au "Tell-A-Friend" program using their recognised email address here: https://k9health.com.au/tell-a-friend

2.8 The Referrer must not refer another person (K9 Health non customer), unless The Referee has expressly told The Referrer (whether in writing or verbally) that they want to receive information about The Program. This Agreement incorporates our Privacy Policy, which sets out the terms upon which we process any personal data we collect about our customers. By agreeing to the terms of this Agreement, and being part of The Program, you agree that any data you collect for any Referee complies with the spirit of our Privacy Policy, and that you will comply with your obligations under any applicable laws or regulations, including any applicable privacy laws, and any applicable industry codes relating to the protection of personal data (as defined within the various Data Protection acts of NSW. You represent and warrant to us that you have obtained the express consent from any individual whose data you provide us with.

3. Referee Rewards

3.1 The Referee is offered $20.00 discount when they place their first order being a minimum of one single pack of 56 CURCUPET-K9 tablets. The reward can not be exchanged for a refund, money or cash.

3.2 The Referrer must have purchased a minimum of one single pack of 56 CURCUPET-K9 tablets with a minimum spend of $55.00 and must be over the age of 18.

3.3 In order to qualify for the reward, The Referee must be a new customer to The Company and over the age of 18.

3.4 Any rewards will be revoked if a refund is requested on the order for which the reward was offered.

3.5 The purchase of a "Trial Pack" only does not entitle The Referee to be eligible for The Program.

3.6 The Referee's rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.

3.7 The Referee cannot be The Referrer.
